World class service, more than that very personalized
In fact, we had some sickness in the family and the hotel was very "homely", took care of the kids like their own
Facilities were really good
Food was wholesome, when we ordered a dish, several snacks, salad etc were offered in addition to the entree
I would recommend this "palace" to anyone wanting to have an experience of feeling like royalty or family

I stayed at Udaivilas, Udaipur in June of 2025. I was truly a breathtaking experience for me and my family. We had an amazing experience throughout of our 3 night stay. The hospitality was extravagant and everything was very well maintained. The cleanliness was amazing. The staff even gave us T-shirts of our names, provided us with a gift for even little things. They gave us cakes for both the small children, coffee cake and brownie for my parents who had their anniversary. We were greeted with traditional aarti and were given traditional Rajasthani toys. Overall the experience was quite amazing for me and my family. Areas of Improvement: Gym. The gym had a lot of space but had very few and extremely basic equipment. Rest all was amazing. Thank you!

Outstanding property and even better hospitality & care! We travel a fair bit and have had the fortune to try many brands. We just stayed at the Oberoi for the first time in Delhi and Udaipur - their level of care surpasses any of the other major brands, by a mile. Highly recommend them if you are looking to be pampered!
